Coaching
Are you looking for help with the things that really matter?
Does any of this sound familiar?
- You set out to do one thing and end up going down one rabbit hole after another
- You’re experiencing a life transition and aren’t sure what this means for your future
- Your mind is full of ideas, and you’re not sure how to make sense of (or act on) them
- You set intentions, and somehow none of them happen
If you feel a wave of recognition you’re in the right place.
These aren’t character flaws. They’re just systems problems.
And systems problems have solutions.
Coaching can help you discover those solutions.
Wait . . .You’re an organizer and a coach?
It may seem funny, but the two services really go hand-in-hand. As an organizer, especially one with a background in mental health, I consider it essential to listen without judgment and appreciate my clients as creative and resourceful individuals. Coaching is a natural compliment to helping people get their physical spaces in order, because it’s about getting your internal space in order. And it creates change that lasts. When you have the space and support to develop your ideas, that insight will have a lot more traction than if you are just told to do something a certain way. This is true whether you’re sorting out your home or your ideas. When you figure out methods in life that work best for you, especially in collaboration with someone who truly supports you, you get stuff done!
How does it work?
The first step is to schedule a coaching conversation, so we can talk about how coaching will look and see if we’re a good fit. Once we decide to work together, you’ll commit to 1, 3 or 6 months of coaching. The first month we’ll meet weekly: after that we’ll discuss the pace that’s best for you. We’ll meet by phone or video call (Zoom) for 55 minute sessions. In each structured session, we will focus on a specific topic that relates to your overall goal. At the end of each session, you walk away with concrete, actionable steps to take toward achieving your goal. And then, we’ll meet and explore what you learned between sessions.
Clients often come to me not for a life overhaul, but because confusion about what to do next has quietly taken over. In our sessions, we untangle that confusion — and you leave each one knowing exactly what your next step is. That clarity alone can change how you feel about your whole day.
Coaching is a commitment. But if your ready to get curious, explore openly, and move into action, you’ll be amazed at the results.
