Career Progression Coaching

Now that you’re part of the Blue Water Advisors team,

how about help with things that really matter. . . like What’s Next?

As a trusted resource with Blue Water Advisors, I’m pleased to offer coaching services to team members like you.

Retiring from the military after a long, illustrious career is something to celebrate. Congratulations! It’s also the beginning of a new chapter, and the author is you. You may have ideas about what will come next, but now is the perfect time to really get clear on what’s right for you and your family at this stage. It’s also important to understand how best to move forward. That’s what I’m here for.

As your coach, I will act as your thought partner, perspective shifter, and if required, ass-kicker; An ally and accountability partner who can ask the questions you haven’t thought of and hear the answers in ways you might not; Who guides you in navigating and creating the steps to get you where you want to go.

Questions you may have:

Why is your business called All Sorts Organizing?

After many years as a therapist and school counselor, I helped my parents downsize in 2015. The next year I established All Sorts Organizing to support others as they simplify, downsize, and streamline their lives. Exploring ways to help people make lasting change, I discovered that coaching provides the conversational exploration of therapy and the actionable, tangible results of organizing. I now offer both time/space organizing and coaching to support people who are stuck, overwhelmed, or at a transition point in their lives.

How long will we work together?

That depends on you, what you want to achieve, and what you’re ready to commit to. I usually suggest a 3 month commitment to allow time for to establish a relationship and where you can create and realize the goals you’re striving for. I also offer a 6 week mental fitness “boot camp” through Positive Intelligence, which you can elect to enroll in alongside coaching. See more about that here.

How often will we meet?

That also depends…generally once a week or every other week provide time for you to pursue your planned actions between sessions.

Still have questions?

Virtual Organizing

How does it work?

The first step is to schedule a coaching conversation, so we can talk about how coaching will look and see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to work together, I’ll send you a coaching agreement, invoice, and a link to schedule sessions for the duration of our commitment. In each session, we’ll meet by phone or video call (Zoom) for up to 55 minutes. Each time we meet, we will focus on a specific topic related to your overall goal. At the end of each session, you walk away with concrete, actionable steps to take toward achieving your goal. And then, we’ll meet and do it again – that’s the accountability part.

If you’re ready to figure out your next steps . . .

Let’s get to work on the things that really matter!
